You can help us
Return the Lowertown Viaduct to Running Order
We have been given the opportunity to acquire and refurbish the lovely viaduct and once again run trains back over it.
The Railway
Ride a restored section of the former Great Western Railway branch line that once connected Helston to the wider rail network. Cleared and relaid by volunteers, this rural Cornish route offers scenic views as you travel between Prospidnick and Truthall Halt. Explore the pages below to discover more about the line’s history and preservation.
